K4C believes in promoting all segments of the construction industry. Our member organizations encourage and support scholarships used to educate Kentucky's future construction workforce. Listed below are several scholarship opportunities for students interested in the construction industry.
Betty Bell Scholarship Fund
This scholarship fund was established to assist students in obtaining higher education in a building industry related field.
Richard A. Brooker / AGC of Kentucky Construction Management Scholarship
This scholarship recognizes the excellence and dedication of students enrolled in the Construction Management Program in the Department of Technology at Eastern Kentucky University.
Tommy Bright Scholarship Fund
This scholarship was established to assist students achieve a more comprehensive understanding of how the United States Government operates. This will be accomplished by awarding financial aid to the scholarship recipient to attend an established governmental affairs program in Washington, DC.
Tommy Thompson Scholarship Fund
The Tommy Thompson Scholarship is awarded to children of members of the Homebuilders Association of Kentucky to assist these children in their pursuit of a post secondary degree.
University of Kentucky Engineering Scholarships
Students in the Department of Civil Engineering may apply and compete each year for over one hundred scholarship awards. Applications are due in mid-semester of the spring semester for the following academic year.
