The Kentucky Construction Career Choice Council (K4C) is a non-profit organization committed to advancing Kentucky's construction industry. We promote the construction business as a valuable, profitable career opportunity to increase the workforce market as well as promote scholarships to fund career fairs, educational programs, and scholarships.
Kentucky Construction Career Days brings thousands of high school students together for two days of company exhibits, demos, and learning
Career Days annually hosts over 2,000 high school students and dozens of company exhibitors from around Kentucky. Students are able to put tools in their hands and step behind the controls of heavy machinery to explore many of today's construction trades. Exhibitors bring their staff and jobsite equipment to demonstrate real workforce tasks to a field of excited young adults.
